課程條款 Class Policy
Vaultex Hong Kong Limited（下稱「本公司」、「我們」或「我們的」、Vaultex HK）歡迎閣下報名我們提供的課程。 在報讀我們的課程之前，請先閱讀本條款及條件（下稱「本條款」）的全部內容。
1. 通過報名我們的課程，表示閣下已經閱讀、理解並完全同意本條款及我們上載於官方網站或社交媒體平台的各項課程資訊，以及無條件地受本條款所約束。如果閣下不同意本條款，閣下不應訪問或使用我們的服務。
2. 我們保留更改本條款及課程內容的權利，恕不另行通知。我們會不定期更新本條款及課程內容以反映我們的業務變化和用戶意見。閣下有責任定期檢視本條款及課程內容，以便了解我們對本條款及課程內容所作的任何變更。若閣下繼續使用我們的服務，即表示閣下同意上述變更並無條件地受上述變更所約束。
3. 所有課程不設退款。如閣下因不可抗力或因健康問題未能出席課堂，我們將案個別情況處理。
4. 課程時間確定後，如閣下需更改課程時間，我們將保留收取行政費用的權利，並案個別情況處理。
5. 課程套票只能在有效期內使用。學員有責任在限期內完成所有課堂，如未能在指定限期前完成所有課堂，餘下課堂將不設退款。
6. 課堂進行期間，請學員請小心保管閣下的私人財物，如有任何損失，我們概不負責。
7. 我們可於課程或活動中拍照或錄影。拍攝之圖片或影片，日後有可能作為相關課程或活動之宣傳使用。並發表於各平面、網路、電視或其他媒體平台。
8. 為確保課堂安全進行、避免任何危險，滋擾或煩擾發生，我們有權停止閣下在中心進行的一切活動或暫停課堂。教練及我們的職員有權請不遵守規則的學員及親友離場，並不會補堂或退款。
9. 在收集學員於報名時提供之個人資料，均以符合香港法例第486章個人資料(私隱)條例的規定處理。有關我們使用學員個人資料的用途，請參閱「私隱政策」。
10. 通過報名我們的課程，表示閣下已經閱讀、理解並完全同意「免責條款」。
11. 如有任何爭議，我們將保留最終決定權。
Vaultex Hong Kong Limited（hereafter The Company, We, Our, Vaultex HK）welcomes you to register for our classes. Before signing up, please read below policy (this Policy) thoroughly.
1. By registering, you have read, understand, and agree completely this Policy and the course information we have provided in our official website or social media platforms. You accept this Policy unconditionally. If you do not agree to this Policy, you should not use our services.
2. We reserve the right to amend this Policy and the course information without notice. We shall update this Policy and course contents to reflect changes in our business and opinions from our customers. You have the duty to check the contents of this Policy and course information regularly to understand any changes that we have made. If you continue to use our services, it is implied that you agree to the changes unconditionally.
3. All classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class due to force majeure or health issues, it shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. If you need to change the class time after confirmation, we shall handle on case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to charge an admin fee.
5. Class Bundles can only be used before they expire. It is the student's responsibility to use up the bundle before it expires, otherwise the remaining classes shall not be refunded.
6. During the class, please take good care of your personal belongings, and we are not responsible for any losses of your personal items.
7. We may film or photograph during classes or activities, and the media may be used for promotion of the classes, and distributed through print, web, TV or other media platforms.
8. To ensure safety and prevent any hazards, irritations or annoyance during classes, we have the right to call a stop to your activities or the class. The coach and our staff have the right to remove any persons violating our rules from our premises, and no supplementary classes or refunds shall be provided.
9. We abide by the Cap. 486 Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in collecting and using personal information for use during registration. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for our usage of your personal data.
10. By applying our classes, you have read, understand and agree completely our Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
11. We reserve the right of final decision in case of conflicts.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
請細閱以下同意書 Please read through our RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT with care:
本人／本人的子女／受監護者參加Vaultex Hong Kong Limited舉辦之飛躍道課程或活動，已知本課程或活動具有一定風險。並同意遵守下列參加條款及所有相關規定:
本人／本人的子女／受監護者出於自願參加由Vaultex Hong Kong Limited舉辦之飛躍道課程或活動。
本人／本人的子女／受監護者的健康狀況良好，身體狀況適宜參與Vaultex Hong Kong Limited提供的課程或活動, 未曾收到保健專業人士反對參與課程或活動的建議; 並未受到酒精或任何非法或處方藥物的影響，否則這會以任何方式減損本人／本人的子女／受監護者安全地參與課程或活動的能力。
本人／本人的子女／受監護者瞭解課程或活動具有一定風險性；本人／本人的子女／受監護者同意承擔課程或活動可能發生之所有風險。本人／本人的子女／受監護者瞭解課程或活動可能發生之風險包括並不限於摔倒、跌倒、撞倒、翻滾等，且明確瞭解該等行為可能會造成身體的傷害包括癱瘓或死亡及財產的損失。本人／本人的子女／受監護者對於上述事項均明確知悉，且可以自行承受參與活動所發生之一切風險及承擔全部責任。
為將課程或活動可能產生之風險降至最低，本人／本人的子女／受監護者承諾遵守課程或活動相關規定及配合工作人員的指示；做好自我管理及安全義務，避免造成自己或他人身體上的傷害或財產的損失。如有違反，Vaultex Hong Kong Limited有權禁止本人／本人的子女／受監護者參與課程或活動，並無庸負擔任何損害賠償責任。
本人／本人的子女／受監護者同意主辦單位可於課程或活動中拍照或錄影。拍攝之圖片或影片，日後有可能作為相關課程或活動之宣傳使用。並發表於各平面、網路、電視或其他媒體平台。
I/My Child/My Ward hereby acknowledge the risks of participating in parkour classes or activities organized by Vaultex Hong Kong Limited. I/My Child/My Ward agree and are willing to accept the terms and rules as followed:
I/My Child/My Ward are participating the parkour classes or activities voluntarily and in my own will.
I/My Child/My Ward are in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the classes or activities in which Vaultex Hong Kong Limited provides, have not been advised against the classes or activities by a health professional, and are not under the influence of alcohol or any illicit or prescription drugs which would in any way impair my/our ability to safely participate in the classes or activities.
I/My Child/My Ward are fully aware and acknowledge that the parkour classes or activities involves elements of risks including but not limited to falling over, tripping over, scratches, hitting corners etc. I understand that these activities and actions may cause injuries including paralysis and death or property loss. I/My Child/My Ward fully understand the above the risks involved and accept the sole responsibility for my own conduct and actions, as well as the conduct and actions of my minor child/ward(s) while participating in the activities, and agree to release and indemnify and hold harmless Vaultex Hong Kong Limited and its representatives and agents from all claims or liability for damages and/or injuries, incurred in connection with the parkour classes or activities.
To minimize the risks of the classes or activities, I/My Child/My Ward promise to follow rules of the activity and instructions from the staff; be responsible for the safety of myself to avoid causing damages and/or injuries to myself or others. Should any violations occur, Vaultex Hong Kong Limited has the right to prohibit my participation, and will not be responsible for any liabilities and compensation.
I/My Child/My Ward agree that Vaultex Hong Kong Limited can take photos and videos during the parkour classes or activities. Photos or videos taken during the parkour classes or activities may be used for promotion purposes in the future and be posted onto the Internet, social media and other platforms.
